How do I pay?

We offer three methods for payment: DIRECT ebanking, credit card or PayPal If you submit your booking through our webshop, you will be asked for the requested method of payment during the booking process. If you choose "credit card", the system will automatically ask for your cc-details, at the end of your order. 1. DIRECT ebanking 2. Credit card 3. PayPal DIRECT ebanking (available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium and UK) DIRECT ebanking is the most fastest, convenient and cheapest form of payment and in addition is highly secure. DIRECTebanking.com is the direct payment method of Payment Network AG. DIRECTebanking.com allows you to directly and automatically trigger a credit transfer during your online purchase with your online banking information. A transfer order is instantly confirmed to merchant allowing an instant delivery of goods and services. DIRECTebanking.com has been certified by the largest German quality and security institute, the TÜV, according to best-practice data privacy standards. There is no need for an additional registration or a credit card. It works simply, secure and fast with your online banking account. If you don't finish the payment your order will be canceled. If you are still interested in an order you have to type in the order again. As soon as we receive your payment on our account, we will change your order status into "paid in full" and inform you via e-mail. The travel documents / tickets for your order usually will be sent within 7 days after payment reached us. If an immediate sending of travel documents is not yet possible at the time of payment we will inform you via e-mail about that. Credit card If you choose "credit card" as method of payment in our online-shop, all relevant data will be asked for at the very end of your booking, in a secured connection to "moneybookers" payment service. Therefore the credit card payment is considered very safe and comfortable. Credit card payment is combined with a fee, that is raised as follows: 3.0 % of the invoice amount + 2.09 €. This fee is imposed by moneybookers and cannot be settled through us. Within 48 hours after your booking we will send the appropriate invoice for your booking as pdf via e-mail to you. Credit card fees will be shown in this invoice. Your credit card will be charged after the payment process was realized successfully. After we received payment through moneybookers, we will change your order status into "paid in full" and inform you by e-mail. The travel documents / tickets for your order usually will be sent within 7 days after payment reached us. If an immediate sending of travel documents is not yet possible at the time of payment we will inform you via e-mail about that. Paypal Please note: In order to use PayPal as a method of payment, it is necessary that you own a PayPal account which is covered with at least the invoice amount of your order at Cool-Tours. If you would like to pay by PayPal a fee is raised, which consists of 2.9 % of the invoice amount and an additional amount of 0.35 €. Within 48 hours after your booking we will send the appropriate invoice for your booking as pdf via e-mail to you. PayPal fees will be shown in this invoice. Shortly after your online booking you will receive an automated email from our webshop including a link which will connect you directly to PayPal, where you can log-in and settle your payment for the order. In case you will not receive the e-mail (e. g. owing to wrong input of your email-address during your booking…) you can determine your payment at www.paypal.com to the e-mail: stefan.sendelbach@cool-tours.de Immediately after receiving your amount by PayPal, we will change your status of payment into “paid in full” and you will be informed by e-mail.
